Q: Do you ship internationally ?
A: Yes we ship internationally. If outside the UK, please contact us first before purchasing an item, so that we can send you correct quote for shipping cost.
Q: Do you take Paypal ?
A: Yes we take Paypal for secure payment from any international currency. Note that you can add a credit card to your paypal account. We do not take credit cards. Paypal is a secure service and automatically does currency conversion. Paypal service also includes full buyer/seller protection, and is the instant way to pay online.
Q: How much is UK Shipping ? Does it include tracking and insurance ?
A: We have a flat rate of £7.95 for all small items shipped within the UK. This includes Royal Mail Special Delivery, and full insurance. If you are in the EU. the shipping cost is a little higher, but will not exceed £19.95 for a trackable service. Small items include photos and documents up to approx 8″ x 10″, or A4 sized.
Q:How much is UK Shipping for large items ? Does it include tracking and insurance ?
A: Please email us first for exact cost on any large items. (ie over A4 size). We can send most larger items by Royal Mail Special Delivery, including tracking, and full insurance. If an item is larger than 62cm it will be sent by one of our recommended courier services (eg. Parcelforce). Again we we confirm by email.
Q:I am outside the UK , how much does shipping cost ?
A: Please email us first for exact cost on any international items. We can send most small items by ‘Royal Mail international signed for’ tracking, which includes full insurance. Larger items will need another courier services (eg. Parcelforce). Again please email us before ordering so can confirm the best method, and costs. We usually prefer to ship items without a frame or glass to keep the costs down. Once costs agreed, we can ensure the webshop link supplied allows for the customised shipping.
Q: Are all items guaranteed authentic ? Do they come with a COA ?
A: All items are guaranteed authentic signed items, and will come with our own COA (Certificate of Authentication).We offer a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee. WE DO NOT SELL COPIES , FACSIMILES OR PRE-PRINTS. We do all the hard work for you, to make sure you get 100% authentic memorabilia. This includes checking databases of known secretarial signatures, and known autopen examples.
